ever since I came to Germany in 2006, I have realised that my name was no longer that easy to spell or pronounce for people outside India. To avoid being called Richard (which incidentally happens till today) I started introducing myself as Rich with an A and to my surprise it works every time. This name was thereby my obvious choice.
